Pink Lotus Eatery - MULLUMBIMBY

My partner and I absolutely love this restaurant. We’re from Sydney and the food here doesn’t even compete with the Vietnamese restaurants there. You can taste every flavour, every natural ingredient and zero msg/heaviness after a meal. We came and stayed in the Uki area for 4 days, and 2 of the nights we had dinner here. Not to mention how friendly the staff are, particularly Brad he’s such a beautiful soul, very friendly, very welcoming you just feel at home. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to tell all our family and friends about it!

I have been a huge fan of pho for many years, traveling through Vietnam multiple times to sample pho along the way. I've eaten at some of Cabramatta’s famous pho spots and explored Marrickville as well—there have been countless delightful experiences enjoying this dish. Now, with the opening of Pink Lotus in Mullumbimby, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their pho is simply incredible... absolutely AMAZING!

Crispy barramundi laksa absolutely slaps, the fish doesn't go soggy at all, stays nice and crisp and you can really taste the quality and freshness overall. Fantastic reasturant worth every cent, and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.

My first experience at Pink Lotus was in Federal, and I couldn't have been happier. We spent hours there savoring their healthy and incredibly delicious food! You all are fantastic!
