Pats Pizzeria - Mullica Hill

I went to a restaurant that offers a chicken parm sandwich on their menu. I requested to order the sandwich in a pack, but both the cashier and a possible manager denied my request. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and leave a negative review. Despite being a customer at this establishment for many years, their inability to accommodate a simple request like mine has caused me to seek alternative dining options in the city.

I used to overlook the Mullica Hill location because it was so close to me. I hadn't been there in years, but I always found the food satisfying, although not spectacular. Recently, I went with my wife who is from the city and we were pleasantly surprised. The menu has been updated and the food was excellent. I have since returned multiple times and have not been disappointed. I'm not sure what brought about the change, but I am happy about it. It's not fair for old reviews to influence people's opinions, as things can change. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I used to adore this restaurant, but now the prices are sky high and the portions have been significantly decreased. It's simple French fries! I understand the impact of the pandemic on businesses, but the French fries are definitely overpriced.

I guess when you're used to the location you usually eat from, you expect them all to be the same. Not so when it comes to this chain. I ordered my usual sandwich, which is chicken, broccoli, tomato, and provolone cheese, on a super toasted roll. The one I got today was chicken, few pieces of broccoli, one slice of tomato, red peppers, no cheese, soggy bun. French fries barely cooked enough (I requested extra crispy) to eat. So, was it edible yes, will I go back, no. Service was friendly though so two stars.
