Taqueria Puebla - Mukilteo

This restaurant has a 4.7 rating for good reason - it should be a perfect 5! I love their tacos and keep going back for more. The prices are great and the hospitality is wonderful. Don't overlook this place in Mukilteo - they will greet you with a smile and serve you amazing food. I wish they were on other delivery apps, but I understand and respect how they run their business. The service is fantastic and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience!

Incredible tacos! Especially the CARNITAS!! Amazing salsa bar. All winners. Friendly staff. Excited to come back to try more of the menu, like the mole poblano.

We hired Taqueria Puebla through Red Cork Bistro Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely AMAZING! So many of our guests have told us multiple times that the tacos at our wedding were the best they've ever had. Adrian was such a pleasure to work and plan with. The buffet table was set up to match the elegance of our event. Everything was perfect!We still go to Taqueria Puebla frequently! I strongly suggest using Taqueria Puebla (Red Cork Bistro Catering) as the caterer for your event. And at the very least go in to enjoy their DELICIOUS tacos!

This is hands down one of the best tacos I have ever eaten. I have tried tacos from various places in Seattle, but this one definitely stands out. The beef street taco is bursting with amazing flavor. The homemade tortillas are fresh and delicious. The carne asada is cooked to perfection. It is definitely worth the drive to come and try them.

Generally like this place. Today they were busy and it was noisy. I only have a half hour for lunch so, I ordered to go. I didn't realize they charge for to go orders, and charge tax on that fee, too. Whether they missed it and didn't make my order or they gave it to someone else, the result is the same. My order was not made, she had to ask my order again, so it could be made, I spent all my time waiting and got back to work with no time to eat.
