Unnecessarily high prices. With the same money you can get 3 umbrellas in Lignano and you point it out to them, they even get angry. Reservations are required but many pitches are seasonal and therefore impossible to get them. No parking. Water in front of the oil port therefore not exactly optimal. Very slippery muddy surface. A place where the customer is only a source of profit, nothing else. BAD. Guests at the San Rocco Beach Resort for a singing recital. The location looked beautiful and welcoming, expectations were high. But the problems began immediately. Starting from the menu, very expensive to say the least (photo of the menu attached), covered at €5, NEVER SEEN ANYWHERE. Shameful. Given the very high prices, most guests ate pizza or just a plate of chips (5 euro chips, 5 euro cover charge, €10 for chips alone, not counting the drink). For €5 cover charge I expect at least very high quality, impeccable service and why not, a nice final sorbet offered. NONE OF ALL THAT. I ate one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten in my entire life. Poor quality of the basic ingredients (tomato and mozzarella), even though we didn 't know it, we could feel from the taste that the pizza had been cooked in an electric oven, it literally tasted like plastic. There were maybe 25 chips, very dry, it looked like a dish made of scraps (a shame that all the dishes were like that and that it wasn 't an isolated case). Disorganized waiters, at our table only one person received a margherita 4 times, another person 's pizza arrived after the others had already finished. They brought us the drinks and instead of distributing them, they left them at the head of the table saying: you do it right? FOR €5 YOU BRING THEM BEFORE MY EYES, YOU OPEN THE BOTTLE AND YOU EVEN POUR IT FOR ME. And finally, the lady at the cash desk was VERY RUDE, with the professionalism that stands out, and behind her at the end of the evening, all the staff. To make comparisons: "at least you all ate here unlike *other places*, do you even want compliments after the disgusting food you made us eat, the terrible service you gave us, the poor quality of your food and for having you left our assets? Responding badly to all customers because they are completely dissatisfied with service and costs. BUT WHERE HAS HE EVER SEEN HIMSELF? Shameful to say the least. P.s. after all this ****, THEY told the organizers not to come back again... believe us, the 175 people who were there yesterday will be very happy to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
