Red Lobster Munster

I had fish and chips, coconut shrimp, and flounder. All of the dishes were expertly prepared and delicious. It had been years since I last visited Red Lobster, but I will definitely be returning soon.

There was an hour wait time to be seated although there was an abundance of empty seats ? Short staffed). Once seated, I noticed my table wasn’t cleaned/cleaned thoroughly, the eating utensils and small saucers had hardened food debris stuck on them and my soda had a greasy film floating across the top. The appetizers were piping hot when placed on the table but our entrées were lukewarm when brought out and the broccoli cold. The food items also missed the mark for flavor they were call a little bland.

The server was extremely slow. But everything else was good

We were seated promptly but service was slow. Not sure if the server was new or they were having other problems but it took forever to get anything. We had to ask for items multiple times. The server was polite and we don’t ever have any issues with service at this location so might try going back and hope this was a one off. Food was good and arrived warm

Elizabeth was our waitress and she was great, attentive and accommodating
