Very well seasoned specialties that remind me every time of our Malaysia vacation and put me in a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. Be it a mango salad as an appetizer (which is also served here without additional desire), or curries of beef or fish, everything is of excellent quality and preparation. Sensitive natures should take the note sharply in some dishes! For drinking there are quite good wines or the famose Unertl white beer. As an aperitif, a baby Mai Tai (or his big brother after the meal) is placed on anyone who no longer has to drive. The ambience is bright. This does not hurt at all in this specific environment. In summer in the green courtyard or in bad weather inside in front of the large window you feel comfortable. What is in an insignificant mass of the service. It is very friendly and attentive throughout the house. Speaking of: It is very often here. A reservation is advisable. The choir is in a somewhat higher range, but is worth every cent.
We were invited to dinner at the Champor last night, didn't know. We knew there was an Asian food that we like anyway, but this place is a real pearl among the many good Asian locals in the Great Munich! I would say 'below-like flat construction' in which the place is, don't let it deter: what the host people conjured by him is really big, it's just cozy, you realize that you are in an Asian place, but that's not exaggerated. Let's make a decision, the kitchen and the food. Actually, it is a Malaysian restaurant, the foods are all quite sharp, at least after the description of the menu, but whoever likes it does not feel so overly sharp. We had a great appetizer with various fresh salads and small items of fish and meat, all very lovingly dressed and absolutely delicious. The main dishes were all great, we had both some beef, fish and duck, a food was even a mix of chicken and crabs excellent! So what should I write on: This place is a clear recommendation for all who eat asian and sharp, the owners are also very, very beautiful and take care of themselves. The restaurant is certainly not comparable to any 0/8/15 Chinese, but it is absolutely not overpriced, main food ca. 15 20 euros.
The Champor has an exceptional menu, an excellent preparation with high quality food. Also mentioned are always nice and attentive employees. A restaurant that has kept its high standard for years.
Ladies ladies dinner night out . First sitting Uhr , that means it’s a rushed , quickie , no time to for dessert , “eat and run “ kind of meal . Expected this when reservation was made . Plans to have dessert else...where was already planned . Several dating couples seen . Not recommended for families, couples , friends wanting to spend time together not rushed over a meal . Service was great , friendly and pleasant . Food , dry and over cooked fish fish with lemon grass . Penang and curry tofu were good . I plan to give Champor another try since a. good friend raves about this place reason we went here and authentic Malaysian food
Outstanding restaurant. Very friendly and efficient service. The meals look delicious and makes you feel like you’ve just went to Malaysia to a very good restaurant. Hands down one of the best Asian Restaurants I’ve been
