Forschungsbrauerei - Muenchen

Yesterday 17th June.22, at 20:30 we were there for dinner. After about 25 minutes waiting for an incompetent and unfriendly operator who was unable to reach the menu or to order a simple beer with us... after such an experience we have just gone. No wish to wait for a leaked customer service.. Surely we do not recommend to go there in any case

After a small correction in Novebmer 2016 in Munich-Bogenhausen, I visited the Bräustüberl of the research brewery after a succession in the same clinic. As at the time I could park my car comfortably on the guest parking lot around the corner. After a small walk of not even a minute you can also go to the brewery and the Bräustüberl. The entrance is somewhat inconspicuous, but can still be found very well. The interior of the Bräustüberls is Bavarian-rustikal and radiates on me tradition. I quickly found a table when very few guests were present at Bräustüberl. To drink as it is in Bavaria, a Pilsissimus (Export) is ordered in the 0.5l-tie. Also the ordered food came very fast and was very well prepared. Then I drank a light in the glass crust and then went back to the middle ring and the A8 towards Ulm. Conclusion: From my side, I can recommend the brewery of the research brewery without reservation, as it simply offers a very good contrast program to the brewhouses and beer cellars in the Munich city centre! Should I return to Munich at any time...

Unfortunately everything went wrong on a Sunday. Maybe the sink cooked... Do not eat well, sauces were definitely packages sauces For food you had to wait over an hour all the others were already at the table. Absolutely not recommended!!!!

My absolute secret tip in summer. The beer mat a dream, the Obazta gigantic and all always very nice and friendly. I want to come in here and let the evening sound out. Right at the station, parking is available and a sandbox and a swing are available for children. The beer, the Bock, we brewed ourselves.

The research brewery in Perlach is a typical Bavarian restaurant as you imagine. The furnishings of wood, rustic and cozy atmosphere and very important: normal, relaxed audience. In my opinion, the humble is the best in Munich. Before starting from home, simply call and preorder a hendl, it is freshly prepared. Once you get there, you get it immediately crispy, juicy and especially freshly served. A tasty beer from your own brewery and lively musical underpainting, of course live! The only minus point is the beer garden, which lies directly on the S railroads and the wide way to Perlach, which is really worth it!
