Know in the surroundings of Oelsnitz/E. some good traditional bakeries that have not so far fallen to the level of department store bakers. The wood-fired bakery Werner puts everyone in the shadows, in terms of all types of baked goods. I've been a customer there for a few years and I'm thrilled by the Master's commitment. The large solid wood oven is particularly impressive, which probably also heats the whole house. Only when you look at the prepared natural wood characters you can get a picture of the many work connected to the bakery. I also like to pay a reasonable price.
Here's the best bread I've ever eaten. It is beautifully crispy outside and beautifully soft inside and lasts long. We've been picking up our bread and rolls here for a few years. The sellers are also very nice. Hope the baker will keep us a long time.
I can only recommend the bakery. Lovely craftsmanship with fine taste. The home website is also worth a visit.
We took cake today from this bakery Werner in Neuschönburg on this village festival. I paid 3 pieces of cake and a pork ear with chocolate plating for it 10,50€. It really cut me off the stool and was absolutely speechless. Coming home early afternoon I try this cake. Swallow cake with mandarins, pancakes and raccoon cake ....dry,dry and again dry...fresh tastes definitely different!!!! This price per piece 2,50€ absolutely not justified and overpriced for this not quality! Prices are not given at all what should not be. For me never bakery WERNER again! Would've given zero stars.
