That was my worst restaurant experience in kettwig. we have roamed in the old kkettwig and somehow came over this restaurant. when we were hungry, we decided to try this restaurant. we are fluent in English, but not in German. there were problems. the guards do not understand English. we asked for vegan dish with some changes in the existing plate. but the old man over there couldn't understand what we wanted. so there was a lot of confusion. So we decided to stay on a simple menu to start with it. we ordered a vegetarian spring roll at the beginning. it was the only order between us both (not sure he made angry. the old man took the order and came back after 10 minutes. and he threw the court on our table and said that her early-handed scooter and returned. this behavior was so angry. we finished the court and left the restaurant. not sure the old man over there was waiter or owner, but his behavior was extremely rude. if owner/manager is someone else, ask the old man to respect the customer.
