I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on August 7, 2023, around 6:10 PM. The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely rude to me. There were two of us in the vehicle, and we needed to place separate orders for just three beverages. She refused to assist us, claiming our orders were too complicated—even though they were just drinks! I was very frustrated and tried to call the restaurant afterward, but the number went straight to voicemail and even said it wasn't in service. I was hoping to speak with a manager.
