First time visitor to Syd's Pies OMG Thought I'd died and gone to heaven! Scottish sausage!!!!!! And the pies were awesome too chunks of meat, not minced like so many others around. I will defintely spread the word, and become a regular customer. Thanks Syd's Pies and British Food shop

I was totally skeptical about the haggis and black pudding and one of the lovely ladies came and explained the recipe was over 100 years old etc, etc, holy ****, the haggis seriously must be one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Black pudding was pretty awesome too and the square sausage was enough to not make me want to eat my woolies pork sausage. As for the bacon, pretty **** tasty too. Highly recommended

I have been a regular customer of Syds Pies for the past 10 years at least and my family and I just love your products. My favourite is the Korma chunky steak curry pie there's just so much meat in it. I thoroughly recommend this wonderful business.

Each year, on New Years Day, my daughter and I get a Haggis, make Neeps and Tatties and a Hogmanay Pie then sit and watch the Military Tattoo, otherwise, I don’t get much occasion to visit. Each time, however, they’ve been friendly and accommodating, and the food is fantastic! One year I miscalculated on the timing and they closed for a week, I contacted via Facebook, and they were very helpful, even meeting me at the shop to let me buy the Haggis (not saying they can do this for everyone, but it just shows how amazing the owners are)...
