Charlie Brown’s Fresh Grill

We live close by and this location is very convenient. The food and service are pretty reliably consistent and above average. We both ordered the prime rib, mid rare. The server brought us beef that was much closer to well done. Our server, Alexis, apologized once I brought up that the temperature was way off. She offered to bring us replacements cooked more to our preference, but I don’t like wasting food. The prime rib was still good. Alexis adjusted our bill without me having to ask and I really appreciated the excellent level of service we received. We will be back!

Went there for lunch for my birthday with my son his wife and my grandson. We had the salad bar with the add a combo. Option and I had the salmon. It was well-cooked. The portion was small. . Salad bar. is very good. We've eaten that several of the local locations and they've all been very good. Sorry to see some of them close.

Love, Love, Love their salad bar! It has all the usual stuff and a lot more. (Be sure to get some of the awesome raisin bread! I could make a meal out of just the salad and bread. The dinner is always good as well..but the salad bar is definitely the star here! It has a very comfortable atmosphere whether you are seated in the dining room, bar area or at the bar. They also have great specials!

It was not good, because of the muscles were not cooked through and there was no pesto sauce.

This establishment is a little outdated. The cutlery was old and worn. The atmosphere gave of a nursing home vibe. It was very cold and dreary. Not very inviting. They were playing old slow music. It was enough to put you to sleep. The food was mediocre. I ordered prime rib and while the service was fast I would have preferred they took more time and care in preparing the meal. The server came out less than 5 minutes with my meal but took 30 minutes to bring the check when I was ready to leave. The prime rib was a little undercooked and cold. The loaded mashed potatoes were not very good. They were actually floating in broth. My glass of wine was hot and flat. For dessert I ordered German chocolate cake. The picture on the menu was very misleading. The picture looked like german chocolate. What I received was not. I've never tasted cake that tasted less like cake than this. I don't understand how the frosting tasted watery and the filing tasted like pudding...not even chocolate pudding. The cake was awful. Every aspect of the meal was unappetizing and disappointing. The food and service was substandard.
