I never came in in person but I ate his desserts because they were given me: Great! A fresh and tasty cream and a light dough. No gift was ever more appreciated! I recommend it to everyone!
Years ago, the pasta was just astonishing. In recent years the quality has gone down, I am sure that many pastes are not as fresh as they should be. If we add that the service is always chaotic and fast, and that the prices instead increase, I would say I will not go anymore. Too bad.
As you will have understood from the title of my review, the problem of this pastry shop is the bignè! Well yes, the showcase is greedy of every taste, pastry cream, chantilly cream, pistachio, chocolate etc. etc. of other pastes there is only a small hint. If you are lucky you find the small boats with cream and fruit, but they are really sad, the mala-tree cream feels and the fruit is poor. The rest only dry pasta because obviously last more. Nothing modern or creamy and the worst thing is that any pasta you take risk a hyper glycemic attack! Avoid the chocolate or coffee flame, an immasticable brick. Also the cafeteria is of low quality, cappuccini or coffee stained with non creamy but boiling foam. I save the aperitif but only because it is accompanied by some salt.
