If I get hurt checking out was I under their insurance coverage? Probably won't get posted so my rant is over
Hands down the BEST Walmart!! Appreciate that it's always clean even the restrooms! They have such a nice selection and I love the store set up. Employees are friendly and helpful.
I am totally disappointed in the Mountain View AR pharmacy! I needed a pre-authorization on a medication and let them know this several times and a month later NOTHING! My provider knew also. They both were told I needed it AND my recurring prescriptions had to be for 90 days because that’s what my insurance REQUIRED. When they filled one of my recurring scripts for 30 days I called and told them this was the second time and my insurance keeps responding to me to STOP. They wasn’t listening and just kept speaking to me as if I were stupid, which only irritated me further. I finally just told them to fill it so I could get my medicine that I was out of. Next day I get a call from my provider, who I had already let know they had to fill my recurring scripts for 90 days and (again) the pre authorization on the new script that I’ve waited a month on them and the pharmacy to approve HASN’T been taken care of properly, which irritated them but nonetheless they had called because they decided they no longer wanted to see me as a patient. The pharmacy supervisor called them and said I was rude to them. Both Provider and pharmacy dropped the ball and didn’t like that I called them out on it. When I picked up my 30 day script I ask to speak with the supervisor of the pharmacy. I told her because of her call and their lack service I was dropped. She defended her employee who was condescending on the phone to me and her action of calling my provider and bad mouthing me. Her excuse was their fax was down for 3 weeks and they were really really busy. This is from a pharmacy that has 6-8 people back there almost all the time and NO excuse for having a fax down for THREE WEEKS! Hum, how did they ever get anyone’s prescriptions or pre authorizations done the last month? Her suggestion was I should do an online pharmacy to get my 90 day scripts. I agreed because I will NOT be returning to them for anything! Forget this pharmacy GO TO Walgreen’s and you’ll be much happier. Supervisor that dropped the ball on many levels ,I believe her name was Sheena.
Emerald is such a great employee she's super sweet and helpful when needing to find something in the store!!
Had everything I needed for my trip. Very clean, very nice, and very helpful. Would recommend coming here
