steins beer garden - Mountain View

Very enjoyed our time here with friends, delicious food and excellent drinks (and appreciate the HH discounts for when we first arrived . The outdoor terrace is really nice, but we sat in this time. Although it was a beautiful indoor spot it was extremely loud and as someone on the older side (50 it made a little challenging with our friends. Next time, I'll stop at the outside seat!

At first, the service for departure was very welcoming. Two gentlemen were very fast to get my order. I asked for the toilet and was shown the way. That was where I accidentally parked on the street and starved. Order by Yelp, and GrubHub gets the order placed with restaurant. Waiting was 20 minutes and I just ordered the chicken strips. The strips came with four different sauces, each very tasty. You'll get a few strips for your money. I wish I had just walked in and ordered because it was a nice environment and I could have done my job while waiting. Anyway, I would recommend this place as they have a variety of foods to choose from. If the wings were so good, I'm sure other decisions are just great. Will go back when I'm in the area to try more of their food.

Take advantage of their Happy Hour on weekdays from 3 6pm $2 off selected beer wines $7 well drinks! There's a parking structure literally half a block away or there's street parking. I'm a huge fan of Steins Beer Garden and have been coming here countless of times in the past decade for several reasons; 1. conveniency: located downtown MTV where it's super lively during the weekend and even weekdays during lunch hours2. good quality food: I've basically tried half their menu already and I try to order something new every time never have I been disappointed.. make sure to check out their dessert menu too3. great variety selection of beer/drinks: they pretty much have it all; beer, cocktails, flights, red white wine, bubbly, soda, juice, tea coffee4. ambiance: they have both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for large groups (birthdays or team off sites)Service is pretty good, but I do recommend making a reservation for larger groups. Also, a huge plus that this is a block away from my office so having team lunches or off sites here are super convenient!

A good place to go with groups in downtown Mountain View. Conveniently located next to a parking lot and garage. Makes me think of Yardhouse but a bit nicer. Service is always friendly but I will say the food is a bit overpriced for what it is.Photo of the rainbow frisee salad which was super tasty! Outdoor seating area is pleasant.

Monte Cristo and Loco moco were outstanding!!! Fast delivery! Everything you need is thought of and boxed for you! The Cruller Donuts were light fluffy and delicious comes with a chocolate pudding sauce, crème anglaise, everything you need!
