Pizza Hut - Mountain View

I'm not sure what's going on with this restaurant, but the service is terrible. They don't have fountain drinks available, so you have to buy a 2-liter if you want a soft drink. The only time they come to your table is to deliver your pizza. We're sorry we tipped for no service.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. The drinks are always unavailable, you have to pay for parmesan and pepper shakers, and even pay for ranch dressing. The only thing you don't have to pay extra for is using the restroom, but it's often out of soap. The staff is friendly, but the management is lacking.

The staff at this restaurant is not very friendly. The drink options for dining in are limited to water or soda only. The pizza was a bit dry, and there were no condiments on the table. We had to ask for salt packets, and the worker seemed annoyed to bring them to us.

Everything was great but I think the prices are a little to high and I believe pizza hut would benefit more by lowering some of the prices and in return making it more available to every customer.

Pizza Hut used to be soon good. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. Hardly any cheese on our pizzas..more cheese was on our bread sticks than on the pizza!? The marinara side was so sweet..isn't it a savory sauce!? Come on Pizza Hut! Bring back theHut!! Quit jumping over dimes to save pennies! Charging for cheese and peppers!! Your not McDonalds...are you??
