Peet's Coffee - Mountain View

I visited Pete's Coffee recently and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The baristas were rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me with my order. It seemed like they were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing any kind of service to the customers. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated during my visit. Overall, the lack of customer service at Pete's Coffee really ruined my overall experience and I will not be returning.

They make quite a rich-flavored latte compared to many other places. The shop here is very spacy and has lots of seatings and plugs.

The black iced tea tasted old and sour. Blech! But I have had good hot tea here in the past.

Always great freshly brewed coffee, super clean, nice baristas.
