Eureka! - Mountain View

Very tasty! The Hand Breaded Tenders are crispy and delicious on the outside with juicy, moist chicken on the inside. The only downside ? is that they give you a lot but the tenders dont reheat that well. The Eureka salad I got on the side is a new favorite of mine; Im not used to getting raw broccolini and green beans in my salads, but Im glad someone is now properly appreciating them. The lemon vinaigrette they have complements the veggies perfectly. In addition, Im very picky about my tomatoes, but the ones they serve in this salad are absolutely ideal, sweet and ripe and full of flavor. All the vegetables are very fresh never any wilted lettuce or saggy green beans after ordering 3 4 times! and its just been a consistently wonderful experience.

Burgers are good. Dont waste your time on the cauliflower.

I generally order the Jalapeño Bacon/Egg Cheeseburger Always a hit, even when it shows up with the Egg yolk Broke and draining over the Cardboard Box Still a Great Burger and 2 Thumbs Up to the Chef!
