We visited a charming, compact food truck located near the Volcano area that was easy to locate. They offered standard Thai dishes, and we opted for the Thai Basil stir-fry with tofu and Pad Thai with tofu. While this spot is not exclusively vegan or vegetarian, they do offer options for those diets. The service was quick, which was convenient after a day at the Volcano park. We appreciated the large portions of food, although we found the flavors to be a bit lacking. However, the spicy sauce provided helped to enhance the taste. Overall, this was a handy spot to grab a quick meal to enjoy at Polulu beach.

We arrived on a rainy night when all other restaurants were closed or fully booked. This cozy little restaurant was bustling, and we had to wait about 40 minutes for a table. They were able to accommodate our vegan request, but the food was lacking flavor. Despite asking for tofu, it was not included in our dish. Unfortunately, none of the curries could be made vegan due to the shrimp paste in the recipes.

I found the staff at this restaurant to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. The portions were generous and reasonably priced for the area. They have a great selection and are able to make anything vegan. The food was delicious as well! Just make sure to arrive before dark, as it may be difficult to find.

The soup at the lowest level of spiciness was extremely hot, almost like lava. I typically enjoy spicy food, but this was on another level. The restaurant refused to replace it with a different dish. Moreover, the taste of the soup was unpleasant even without the excessive spiciness. The prices were far too high for the quality of the food. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1 out of 5.
