Moreover, I must commend how well the building was repurposed after the previous restaurant suffered a fire and was largely destroyed. Instead of becoming an eyesore and negatively impacting the area around Mountain Home, the creative local owners turned it into an opportunity. It’s a great example of making the best out of a challenging situation—when life gives you fire, make burritos! As for vegetarian options, the veggie protein might take a bit longer, but trust me, it's well worth the wait!

This restaurant is similar to Chipotle. It's a great option and safe for those with gluten allergies.

The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were great for the price. The staff, Sam and Wade, were very friendly and prepared my order flawlessly.

The staff at Rio is so kind and accommodating, and the food is fresh and delicious!!

Way better than Chipotle. Really good food and awesome atmosphere on the historic square!
