Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have encountered nothing but issues at this restaurant. My orders are consistently incorrect and my pizzas are often filled with air bubbles. I am frustrated with having to pay full price for a pizza that was supposed to be complimentary. I have stopped tipping the delivery drivers as I suspect they are dishonest. Finding a jalapeno in my bread was unexpected, but at least it added some excitement to my meal. There have been instances where drivers have taken food from my order and claimed it would be refunded, but I have witnessed them consuming the food instead. It is clear that quality control is not a priority at this establishment. Overall, there is room for improvement.
I have consistently experienced fast and friendly service at this restaurant. The delivery drivers are polite and professional. I appreciate the accuracy and hotness of my order every time I order from this establishment.
These guys are always reliable. Orders are always accurate, the drivers are great, and the delivery is prompt.
Had stopped eating there a long time ago because of food quality, but my son really wanted Dominos. So decided to give them another try. 2 hours waiting for food and got nothing! I placed my order online about an hour later still no food and tracker just said they had received order. I called to get an update and the guy that answered was not that courteous said mine was next so I asked so how much longer he said bout 30 min so I said ok. Another hour later still no food. So I called and the guy said it was done but was in line to get picked up to be delivered. So he said I can either wait or just cancel my order so I canceled. He was kinda rude, no customer service quality at all…his attitude was pretty much like this is how it is weather you like it or not!
Put an order in around 5pm for delivery. 1 hour goes by and start to wonder. Tried calling numerous times with no answer. Another hour goes by and sent my other half to pick up the pizzas. He gets home and one of the pizzas was not made to order and with an order with a value of over $50 you'd expect it done right. So at this point it's after 8pm and headed back down to the store and demanded a refund because they told me I would have to wait an extended period of time again because I would be at the end of the list of orders. Worst experience in my life with a pizza company. Side note, the store did not seem under staffed just poorly managed, and extremely messy.
