Unfortunately, what I received were six burnt patties served on lukewarm buns with cold slices of cheese; it was far from the quality I had experienced during my earlier visits. Normally, I'm pretty tolerant of slight overcooking or undercooking, but these were completely inedible. I managed to eat two-thirds of one slider, but all I could taste was char. The waitress, who was fantastic, checked on my meal and I pointed out the burnt patties to her. She reported the issue to the kitchen and, to her credit, asked if they could prepare another batch, but I declined. Their proposed solution was to give me a 50% discount on my meal—a discount for something I couldn't eat at all. In most establishments, they would simply remove the charge for an inedible dish, but not here. So, I’ve decided not to return. While I appreciate the waitstaff, the food just doesn’t meet the mark, and after charging me for an unpalatable meal, I won’t be coming back.
The manager prepared the best burger I've ever tasted (the bacon rancher). It was juicy, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. I hope she continues her fantastic cooking, and it's great to see management getting involved in the kitchen. I would recommend this place every day of the year, without a doubt!
**Dining Experience: Dinner** **Price Range: $10–$20** **Food Rating: 4/5** **Service Rating: 5/5** **Atmosphere Rating: 3/5** I had dinner at this restaurant and overall, it was a great experience. The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and friendly, truly deserving a perfect score of 5. However, I found the atmosphere to be just average, rating it a 3. While it wasn't anything extraordinary, the positive aspects of the meal and service made for a pleasant evening.
**Meal Type:** Lunch **Price per Person:** $10–20 **Food:** 2/5 **Service:** 4/5 **Atmosphere:** 3/5 I had lunch at this restaurant recently, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The food didn’t quite live up to my expectations, earning only a 2 out of 5. However, I was pleased with the service, which was attentive and friendly, scoring a solid 4. The atmosphere was decent, with a comfortable vibe, but not particularly special, so I rated it a 3. If you’re looking for a casual meal, it might be worth a visit, but be prepared for the food to be a letdown.
I visited for lunch and had to wait over an hour for our order to arrive at the table. The restaurant was mostly empty except for the bar area, which was self-seating. It seemed that all the other patrons had left because there was no hostess to seat them. The manager appeared completely indifferent to the situation; we saw her walk by twice but she never acknowledged the chaos happening around her.
