I 've been one of the very few lucky ones to have all good experiences at our Taco Bell for years now. Unfortunately, the manager working there tonight is a very unprofessional and hateful person. She has no business even working with the public, much less managing anything. It 's unacceptable to just say you have nothing to do with the app when I 've already paid and my receipt shows you 've received my order. Regardless, you should always be apologetic to customers and make it right. She chose instead to argue with me, toss my receipt into my car window and slam the window in my face twice! Then of course, my food was prepared terribly. Minimal ingredients just slopped together. This is what I get for taking care of patients in the hospital for the past 10 hours and making the mistake of spending my hard earned money there! From now on, I will just go to Fern Creek. They give OUTSTANDING customer service every single time.

I love the tocobell on Preston in brooks they have wonderful staff members. They make sure that there line runs smoothly and efficiently. The food has high quality ingredients at this tocobell. The people who works there is very clean Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
