Kfc - Mount Vernon

Super disappointed. Ordered the chicken little combo and the famous bowl meal. A large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and a few biscuits. I asked for butter and honey. They asked me to remind them at the window. That?s fine. So I did. They gave us anabundant amount. Boyfriend peeped the bag everything looked good. Drove 30 minutes to get home. There was no biscuits. Superdisappointing given those are our favorites and we ordered a separate order of them because they didn?t come with our meals. Gotthe butter and honey tho ????

I'm curious as to why this place is even open for business after five pm. They come on the speaker asking what can I get for you. What they should do is just tell everyone what they aren't going to get for you because they are having a shortage of darkmeat. Not that they are out of it, they just don't have enough to sell you what you drive through to get at least four times aweek around six in the evening. Maybe if they planned a little better for the time of evening that a lot of people seem to bedriving through to get dinner....ok that's just a thought. I mean if they can't get to the bank so they can give you changeinstead of asking you to pay the exact amount or use a debit card, why would anyone expect them to plan better for a dinnerrush?

This place is very dirty. Very slow service. We sat at counter for 5 minutes with people walking by looking at us before acknowledgment. After our order was taken, we went to fill up our drinks and the counter by the drink machine was disgusting. Wecouldn?t even set our cups down. All the tables were dirty. The restrooms were nasty and unsanitary. Even after this awfulexperience our order came out wrong and we had to correct it multiple times before it was right. I highly recommend avoidingthis place

Ordered 12 piece bucket. Drove all the way home,discovered we received an 8. Wouldn't compensate us for the extra time and expense!!! Walmart we will be buying your rotisserie chicken!!!! Good by KFC!!!!

KFC I had order big box chicken sandwich without pickles.I was.in line and getting my order it took 1hr and 10 minutes.After waiting that long my drink was carbonated water and pickles on the sandwich. It to bad you can't find someone to run thatstore.that would be a good restaurant.
