Mcdonald's - Mount Sterling

We waited 25 minutes in the drive waiting no one apologised for the delay. eating was cold and obviously not freshened. for bad administration of this restaurant

Friendly service. usually quite fast. but a couple of times I asked for extra sauce for the nuggets, as they only give 1 per 4/6 pieces, and I even cared for them on the window, but when I open the bag, she didn't put them in. I have to ask again, and they usually ran away from the window. no biggie. I know they're busy.

Self service kiosk was working but then you have to get in line to pay.. so what's the point of the kiosk?? There was 4 mcmuffins in the order and when asked for jelly they literally just hand me one.. i ask for more and she gives me one more. They are a special breed there.. first and last time i get food there

When my grandson got to the bottom of his large fries, there was a dead fly.

No sauce, syrup or napkins in the bag. Was parked and forgot to bring a sweet tea. Didn't apologize, instead talked down about coworkers. Finally got the tea and it had 2 half melted cubes of ice...
