Kfc - Mount Sterling

My wife and I visited KFC tonight, as we really enjoy their chicken tenders with Nashville Hot sauce. However, we were surprised when a young lady informed us that adding the sauce would cost an extra $1.50 for every three pieces of tenders. Are you serious? That's just for a tiny amount! I've suggested before that you should bottle it up and sell it to the public if it's that costly for you to include with a meal. Especially given your current prices, this new pricing strategy has frustrated us. As a result, we’ve decided to head over to Lee’s instead and won’t be returning. You've lost a customer with this latest approach to business! I wish we could give zero stars.

Came in drive thru ordered had wait so we went in and posted on the counter was a 12 piece strip meal $5.90 and we said we'll just take that and the manager grabbed it ripped it up and said that's a mistake we're not actually doing that.

I'm writing this review to warn others that the chicken tenders are not good. However, all their other food is excellent; I really enjoy their chicken! Unfortunately, the chicken strips just don’t measure up. I spent $31 on a meal that included 8 chicken strips and a drink, but I don't think it's worth that price. I recommend sticking with the regular chicken to save your money.

Friendly service. Only 3 workers and they hustled! Food was hot and crunchy. V satisfying lunch with great service!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend dining there if you're in the mood for KFC.
