I did notice that the wings were definitely smaller, as other reviewers have mentioned. We ordered the traditional wings with Parmesan garlic sauce and hot sauce, along with potato wedges, which were delicious. The hand-breaded tenders were just okay. The young lady who served us was very kind and pleasant, making the experience even better.
This isn't my first review of Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm a fan of the chain, though it doesn't offer the best value. This particular location frequently showcases big fights on their numerous TV screens, making it a fun spot to spend a few hours enjoying good food and the atmosphere. The quality and flavor of the food are excellent, but the prices could be better. Despite that, I keep coming back because the experience is consistently enjoyable.
We didn’t receive menus until ten minutes later. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and fried pickles. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and I eventually had to flag down the waitress to ask where it was. She checked on it and brought it out just a minute later. Unfortunately, the food was barely warm—almost cold—and it was clear that it had been sitting on the counter for quite a while. My burger was missing a significant portion of fries—likely about a third of what should have been served. The chicken sandwich came with slightly more fries, but it was still lacking. To make matters worse, my daughter found a long strand of hair in her chicken sandwich. The waitress didn’t bring us ketchup and then disappeared for a while. In the end, I had to get up and ask at the pickup window for ketchup, as there were none on the tables. When the waitress returned, I politely expressed my concerns about the food. The manager came over, was very apologetic, and comped our cheeseburger and chicken sandwich, also offering to remake the food. While we appreciated the gesture, we declined the remake since we had already waited so long. The manager did the right thing, but about 15 minutes later, he returned and mentioned that he had been told we were asking for a manager, which was odd because I informed him that we had already spoken minutes before and hadn’t requested to talk to him again. It turns out he mistakenly approached the wrong table that was also having issues with their food or service. He apologized for the mix-up. When the waitress brought the bill, she claimed it was her first day, but I found that hard to believe. If that were the case, she should have been shadowing someone. Overall, this experience has put a damper on my feelings toward BWW and my family as a whole. I used to love dining at BWW but hadn’t been in a couple of years. Regrettably, I may never return. While the manager handled our concerns appropriately and was polite, the state of the front of the house raises questions. He seemed to be absent until he was called upon from multiple tables, leading me to conclude that this restaurant may be poorly managed.
This the worst Bdubs I have ever been to , the waiters are snooping in what you are doing and talking about . The food is pathetic and stale . When asked the waitress and Manager didn’t agree and stated taking about completely off topic things to divert the topic, never going to be back here
This place is god awful. It makes me so mad how people come here because it’s a big chain and there are so many amazing small business who offer much better food than this place. The employees suck the food sucks. Waited 29 minutes for a drink and the place wasn’t even busy. I know my review won’t matter because people will continue to come here just cuz, but nevertheless needed to express my thoughts.
