Baskin-robbins - Mount Prospect

I prefer this place over all the other fast food or ice cream places.

This restaurant has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two ice creams with hot fudge and nuts. When we got to the front to pay, I noticed that one of the ice creams didn't have any nuts. I politely asked if they could add the nuts, but the woman at the window just shot me a harsh look and refused to do it. I couldn't believe it! I repeated my request, saying "please," but instead of helping me, she started to argue about the nuts!

Service is subpar at best. Rude employees and no offense, IF they accept to take your order, prepare for the wrong items. Photo is what was supposed to be a milkshake….

I just pulled up to the drive thru and the guy working inside ran somewhere in the back and hid.. I waiting for 5 mins and when I left and pulled out to the main street, the guy walked out the back door and got into the passenger side of another car outside..

Excellent flavors and polite staff. We will be back!
