Soaring Eagle Waterpark And

This is not a review for the waterpark but for Soaring Eagle Retreat. The staff suggested we stayed at the retreat, when I got to check in I decided to ask if there was room within the waterpark as the retreat is separate and way cheaper for a reason. But the staff said the rooms were all sold out. So we went out to the casino and to the Kane Brown concert. We got back to the retreat around 1:15 am. By 1:30 am my husband and I were on our 2.5 hour journey home. Both beds had yellow staining on them. There was an odor to the room. As well as BUGS everywhere. Bugs in the shower, bugs throughout the ground, and bugs in both beds… On our way home I sent an email to the hotel. The next day I called multiple times. The hotel told me the retreat has rough water which can cause the staining on the bed, which wasn’t the case it was definitely spillage. They also told me they couldn’t do anything cause we didn’t make a phone call. I am pregnant with twins and it was 1:30 am, the hotel was separated from the waterpark, and the front desk had already previously told me there was no rooms available. The front desk also told me that upper management receives my email from their website and yet I still have not heard from them…. This place was dirty. When you even ask the staff if it’s nice, they state you won’t have any kids around….

A fun little spot to take younger kids as it's pretty small for older kids. Our twins are 11 and they got bored pretty quickly but they still had fun. Rooms were ok, need some updating that's for sure.Rooms: Rooms need work. Patching, painting etc. For the price of $360 a night I expected better. That cost dis include the water park

Never again will my family come to visit. For $253.00 a night I should be able to sleep in peace. Called down to the front office at midnight as the guest on the floor above me were running through their room like a stampede. The noise stopped for a good 30 mins and then continued again until 330am. My family and I checked out by 4am as sleeping was impossible. When I notified the gentleman at the front desk that we were checking out due to the original noise complaint he simply stated you should have called again . How many times do I need to call ? I would expect some sort of refund. Would not recommend staying at the hotel.

BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR WATER PARK!!!! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS AT WATER PARK!!! Wish we knew this beforehand… you can use your towels from your hotel room but you have to leave them in the room when you check out or you will be charged for them!!! No answer at front desk, room service, water park when I called from my room. Registration said they have towels for purchase… smhNoteworthy details: No access to towels at waterpark or after you check out …

I had not been through since the upgrades, and now there is a totally boss store in the lobby with every candy and confection and gizmo one could desire. There is a display of Mexican candy even, like chili dried pineapple slices.My room was charming, and the new arcade was so future forward with large scale, high tech classics reinterpreted. I appreciate the fancy vending machines in the halls to grab an energy drink or cola at 3 am.Mini fridge, coffee microwave in room. There was a bathing suit clothes line feature you can dry your suit in room. Kids had a blast.
