The conjured beef has been phenomenal and we have filled with our belly beaks. Our server, Scotty, was only on his fourth day, but was the most personal of people and made our visit all the more pleasant.
First time eating at toast all day. The food was great the mimosa was amazing. Our waitress Leslie was wonderful, sweet, and kind. Will definitely return to eat at toast all day during my next visit to Charleston.
I took some orders and had the chance to try the luxurious stuffed French toast, which was absolutely amazing—thick and flavorful. I’d give it five stars! I have no complaints about the beignets, which had a croissant-like quality, or the coleslaw—I enjoyed it, though my girlfriend thought it could use a bit more pepper. The chicken salad sandwich was also good.
The breakfast was decent but nothing extraordinary. The service was good, with Jamal looking after us. I ordered a waffle, which was tasty, but the eggs were cooked a bit too hard since I had them fried. The bacon was average, and the croissant was disappointing.
I dined at this restaurant after trying their pizza at the downtown location, and my experience was overseen by Halie, who had a bit of a creepy vibe. However, the food was fantastic! Jessica, the manager, made sure to check in on us a few times, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will definitely return!
