Sam's Club - Mount Pleasant

I ordered two packs of ribs and only got one. When I tried to call the store, no one would answer. I called several times. I’m very frustrated because the ribs were from a family dinner that same night. Plus the fact nobody would answer and I also kept getting hung up on. I hope that when I go into the store they will rectify the situation. If not, I will not shop here any more. So disappointing!

I did not like how the self checkout attendant was trying to upsell me the higher membership package. I shouldn't have had to explain why I chose to get the base membership. This bothered me enough to knock 2 stars off the rating. Now I almost regret even getting a membership. I don't wanna have to be confronted about it every time I go there.

Pick-up made my work errands easy and convenient. Order at my leisure 24/7 and swing through on my schedule. Order was accurate and ready early. Love this option.

Don't leave your cart alone the employees will grab it and put the items back on the shelves

Very disturbed by how my friends and I were treated by a café Sam’s club worker. I unfortunately did not get the worker’s name but she was incredibly rude to my friends and I. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at us repeatedly during our order being taken, and then back-mouthed us when we asked for a sundae. She was very rude to the other customers in front of us, and behind us as well. Very disappointed in Sam’s club.
