After our appointments, I called to place our order and was informed it would take about 25-30 minutes. No problem, we thought, and we waited. However, after 40 minutes, we still hadn't received our food, which was quite frustrating. At that time, another gentleman walked in, placed his order, and left while we were still waiting. Our order was not large—just dinner for two and a children's meal—but it took almost an hour, which should have been no more than 30 minutes. There is no excuse for such a long wait. I hadn’t eaten the food yet since we were on our way home, but my expectations weren’t high, considering the lack of customer care. Update: Scott, the operating manager, really went above and beyond to make things right. We’ll give PF Changs another chance soon. Update: We finally returned, and the experience was a hundred times better than the first. We started with the King Pao Dragon Roll and fried pork dumplings, both of which were fantastic. I may have just found my new favorite sushi roll! We took our dinner home because our 15-month-old was quite restless, but once we were able to eat, it was delicious even when reheated. We had beef and broccoli, honey shrimp, and shrimp fried rice. I sincerely hope that our previous experience was just an off night, and we plan to return.

As for the crispy chicken I ordered, it didn't quite meet my expectations either. By the time I got home, my stomach felt bloated, and when I woke up this morning, my mouth had an awful taste, as if someone had forgotten to flush after using the bathroom! I did brush my teeth before going to bed, but it didn't help much. Overall, I won’t be returning to PF Chang's again. This experience has truly put me off. Thank you.

The service was outstanding! The ambiance was very clean and beautiful. While it's on the pricier side, the quality of the food, portion sizes, service, and overall atmosphere make it worth it. We've been there several times and highly recommend the honey chicken, the surf and turf, and the salad options!

I drive half an hour to eat here, love this place so much. You need to have more locations in the Charleston area. Your Calamari is the best I've ever eaten.

The food ,staff and atmosphere was perfect. The food is delicious! I came for my birthday dinner with my hubby then came back the day after that to continue my birthday celebration . The Mongolian Beef and the shrimp rolls are two of my faves. If you haven't tried it, put it on your must have list.
