Jersey Mike's Subs - Mount Pleasant

I would describe my experience as just average. The subs are decent, but not exceptional. It seems to be more popular than it truly deserves. I get the impression that people either really love it or completely dislike it. I personally find myself somewhere in between. I might consider going back, but only if someone specifically wanted to visit the place.

The best sub franchise in the chain! The ingredients are always fresh and plentiful, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so happy that Racine now has a Jersey Mike's Subs! I always go for Mike's Way on Rosemary Parmesan bread.

I called in my order and was instructed to pay over the phone. I provided all my card information, but then was told to come into the store to pay, and they would make my sandwiches for me. When I arrived to pick up my food, it hadn't even been made. I felt like my time was wasted, and I will never eat here again. The customer service was terrible—avoid this place!

I changed my review because I always get the same sandwich and it is indeed worth $10. We always get coupons from my work for ordering catering which I love.

I bought three subs. On my way home from work one for me one for my son and one for my daughter after we were done eating now we got really bad stomach aches, and now we all have diarrhea.
