I returned to the city after high school and was craving some soul food! This place really satisfied that craving—definitely a 10/10. Just a heads up, it might not be the best choice for a lunch break because you'll definitely feel sleepy after this meal, haha. Thank you for the wonderful food and service!

I tried the lima beans and fried pork chops, and they were quite tasty! Our server was very attentive. It's a lovely little hidden gem.

The chicken, burgers, and pork chops here are exceptional. The salads are fresh, too. It's just two blocks from my house, and the service is friendly and courteous. You definitely get the best value for your money anywhere in town.

Great little rest. Iad had the burger but plan to go back for the pork chop and Lima beans!!Bring cash!!
