Burger King - Mount Olive

For those who are having to wait a while...they do have a sign on the door and drive thru that wait times are going to be longer due to being short-staffed. Anyways, This place has the most nicest crew, especially at lunch time! My favorite Burger King to go to!

It had been some time since I had been to a Burger King, and thus pleasantly surprised when I was full on a double cheeseburger alone. I admit the mustard, ketchup, and pickles as far as proportion goes were a bit much, because it was all I could taste on one half of the burger, but as someone who works in fast food, I try to not think too much about it. Three things though: 1. Chocolate milkshakes, like many other fast food places, use syrup for flavoring in their ice cream. They say Hershey because they specifically use the Hershey syrup you see in the stores, and I'm pretty confident in that due to my past experience with it. I leave it to your personal preference if whether or not that is a good thing. 2. They make it clear that they are understaffed at the moment, thus longer waiting times. If anyone needs a job, I would think they are more than willing to hire to better accommodate customers. 3. I've seen many reviews suggesting the workers are rude. If they are, I cannot tell. To be fair, I work in customer service myself and do what I can to not get offended in the first place. At the moment, I've yet to experience irredeemable rudeness, and hope it stays that way for myself and all customers who come here.

They were short staffed and I still got my order within 5 minutes...for being short staffed and busy that was fine with me . The cashier was very helpful with helping me order. That is one of the BK's I will return to

Fast friendly service and accurate order fulfillment. Food was hot and better than most BKs I've eaten at.

I go here about once a week for lunch my food is cooked perfectly every time. Didn't get a straw for my shake or ranch sauce with mozzarella sticks today, but we keep straws in our glovebox because everyone forgets those sometimes. Mozzarella sticks were good on their own!
