Walked into my local Casey’s to witness the manager with long brunette hair and glasses lashing out at her more senior employees and then coping and attitude with me and other customers. Insane to see the ogle county Facebook page literally ranting about this manager and how she treats people constantly and it seems literally nothing is done about it. Corporate doesn’t seem to care that the literal manager of one of their stores makes an entire community disappointed and uncomfortable. I want to be able to go to my favorite gas station and not feel like I’m going to deal with a grade A Karen. At that point I’ll go to the Mobile where all the ladies are always nice and positive. I only ever have a bad time or leave the Casey’s irritated when this one manager is working. Considering how all other employees are delightful, i can only assume Casey’s does a good job training and otherwise has a good staff, but that one bad apple taints the whole place. She should not be a manager, and should not work in the customer service business, as it’s the people business, and she has absolutely no idea how to treat others with basic human decency. That’s coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry her whole life. It’s utterly unprofessional.
Manager is a complete rude person, literally she made me not want to come back in ever again just because of how rude she is.
Younger lady always has an attitude when i come into this specific store, shes a younger lady with dark hair.. all the other staff are nice but shes very rudez
Poor attitude amongst staff besides one woman with platinum blonde hair who’s very sweet, but other female staff is very catty, openly bashing other employees amongst each other, gives snotty remarks and answers to customers questions, and genuinely just don’t seem like they want to be helpful or kind to their customers. If you don’t like being in the customer service business, then please get out of it. It’s so unprofessional to talk bad about your fellow employees with 4 customers up at your register. Also the pizza we ordered came to us with the dough undercooked and chewy, when we called to let them know we were basically told that’s not their problem and they would not remake our pizza. Ontop of all that their machines are either broken or pour out water instead of coffee or hot Coco, overall I just genuinely don’t believe the employees care about their customers or their experience in their store. There used to be great employees there who made your day better by going in but it seems they’ve all left (as would I if I had to work in that toxic environment with those people). Sad day, I think I’ll go to mobile next time. Again thank you to the woman with the platinum blonde hair, you’re the only reason I go there in the mornings before work and also the only reason I gave my review 2 stars instead of 1
