Our party of 4 dined at Atrias on Saturday night, our first time trying this restaurant. We loved the vibe when we walked in, and our server was so nice. We wanted steaks, and they did not disappoint! I had a beautiful 6 oz. filet, rare, with grilled asparagus and parmesan risotto. So delicious! My son had the N.Y. strip, also cooked perfectly, and it all disappeared! All our food was served nice and hot. One of our party got the chicken pot pie, which was a lovely presentation, and she said it was delicious! They have a nicely rounded wine list, with some good budget bottles and a few really special ones. Our parking valet remembered us upon leaving and brought our car immediately. A great first impression on all fronts we will definitely be back!
They switched chefs here, apparently, and the new chef now refuses to make their best items. We're not ordering from here anymore.
Hello, We used Atrias Mt. Lebanon to cater our son's wedding on 6/15/2024. There were numerous issues with this restaurant and the services they failed to provide during this event. 1. The food was not what my son and his now wife had picked. They gave is the wrong chicken and beef entre. 2. The food was luke warm at best. 3. They were supposed to provide kids size/food for the youngsters. They did not. After they agreed to serve kids meals and it was brought to their attention that they were not provided, they proceeded to state they did not offer that. This is unequivocally not true. 4. We had numerous guests with gluten allergies. We asked Atrias if they were able to provide gluten free meals. They stater they would have gluten free options to pick from. When in line, they had no gluten free options for our guests out. When we asked about this, they then proceeded to stated that the gluten free guests should have asked for gluten free meals. That was not what we agreed to nor should anyone have had to ask. You should have made it available for the guests to choose from like we agreed to. 5. We asked for coffee and tea, we paid for coffee and tea. This was not provided. I was directing people who asked to the hotel lobby. This should not have had to be done We have had numerous guests from my son's wedding including the bride and groom complain about the food and service provided. Considering the amount of money that we paid for this restaurant to cater our event, it most definitely should have been better than we received. We are extremely embarrassed of what we gave our guests and would recommend that anyone looking to use this place look elsewhere.
Very bad catering for a wedding 1. cold food 50 out of 130 told me . I didn't ask, was kinda embarrassed ! I was asked where food was from ..people were surprised this was atrias! 2. not accurate food ordered wasn't available kids chicken nugget meals where ordered just said they get discount for food and chicken piccata was never written on contract after asking several times and I never signed a contract lemon pepper chicken was tough 3. don't cater to guests needs gluten free meals ordered ,but didn't give to actual guests 4. cleared food served to last table first 5. bad coffee tea selection 6 8 cups, some tea ,sugar, cream ,stirrers but not for 130 people just for 6 8 people apologized for not finding tea service by a person on team 6.cake was served about 50 60 pieces..wasn't 130 servings Hello don't know where the cake went and argued not on contract even though previous catering lady said it was taken care of on contract 7.I believe they arrived late and food wasn't warmed correctly !! food safe no 8 . too many emails with incorrect information 1 2 weeks before wedding i have never had this issue with other weddings I have done in the past . 9. I will not be suggesting atrias for my next bunch of wedding clients. or at salon business either for that matter. sadly Atrias ...you have definitely gone down hill!!
