I have been dining at 28 Chinese Kitchen for over two decades. The service is always quick and the food is consistently delicious. It is the best Chinese restaurant in Mount Kisco.

The wonton soup is terrific here. The service is fast and the vegetable egg dish is excellent for kids. Everything about this restaurant is great and memorable. Make sure to bring a book, a date, a sister, a friend, and ask for Connie.

I have been dining at this restaurant since it opened in 1991. There is no parking lot and they do not offer delivery services. The food is decent and the prices are competitive. I particularly enjoy the egg drop soup as it really hits the spot. The only downside is that the reception could be a bit warmer.

I was hesitant to try this restaurant at first, but after being let down by the other dining choices in the area, I decided to give it a shot. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a vibrant atmosphere and 8 outdoor umbrellas, and was pleased to discover that the food is made with fresh ingredients. It was the best meal I've had in a while and I will definitely be returning again!
