Papa's Pizza - Mount Joy

Dining in for dinner at this restaurant was a fantastic experience. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100, but the quality of the food and service definitely justified it. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Italian Sub, it was a standout dish.

I had guests over last night and couldn't stop talking about the cheese steaks, so we decided to order some. I was impressed by the delicious flavor and generous size. However, when I took out my sandwich and gave the bag to my guests, they noticed that their sandwich was significantly smaller. They asked if I had ordered a smaller size for them, but I explained that the sandwiches only come in one size. It was disappointing to see that the sandwiches in the same order were not consistent in size. All sandwiches should be the same size when ordered together.

I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but I had a frustrating experience last night. I placed an order through Chow Now, the first online ordering option on the website. I received an email confirming my order and a receipt showing payment, with a 20-minute pickup time. However, when I went to pick up my order, they had not received it and told me they were having issues with Chow Now. The staff member was apologetic and immediately took my order over the phone with the owner. I was told the sub would be quick, but the pizza would take 15 minutes. In the end, we waited 30 minutes for an extra large plain pizza and an Italian sub. The sub I received was not the one I ordered, but it wasn't a big deal. I later noticed that Chow Now was no longer an option for online ordering, so I wonder why it took so long to remove it from the website. I recommend ordering by phone from now on.
