Subway - Mount Ida

This Subway location was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good with no complaints. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the pricing at Subway has become exorbitant. It cost $42.00 for a simple lunch for two people at a fast food restaurant. If I am going to spend $42 on lunch again, it will not be at Subway.

I stopped by Subway on my way to the lake to pick up a sub to put in the cooler. The staff was very friendly and the sandwich was as delicious and fresh as I expected from Subway. However, as someone who doesn't eat out very often, I was shocked by the $14 price tag. I'm grateful that I no longer have two hungry teenagers who would have wanted to each get 3-4 subs for a day of activities like boating, wakeboarding, knee boarding, skiing, tubing, and jet skiing. Just thinking about the cost of gas for all of that is mind-boggling!

This was the best experience I've ever had at Subway. Mica and Gracie provided excellent service. Despite the slow business in the small town, they greeted me with smiles and made my visit worthwhile. The friendly staff and delicious sandwich made this visit a memorable one. I would definitely return, even though I usually don't like Subway. The exceptional service from Mica and Gracie made all the difference. Thank you for a great experience!

However, I must say that the $14 price tag was quite shocking for someone who doesn't eat out often. I also had to feed my two hungry teenagers who each had 3-4 subs to fuel a day of boating, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, skiing, tubing, and jet skiing. The gas bill must have been astronomical!

The prices are a bit high compared to my usual Subway. I would prefer to dine somewhere else.
