Subway - Mount Holly

They refused to accept my coupon, but they do offer a good variety of sandwiches. I've never encountered a busy time when I've visited. I mention this because I feel that when a restaurant isn't busy, the food should be exceptional. Just my thoughts. Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.

Horrible experience! I've been to this location for years the prices have only gotten higher, the customer service ruder, the portions smaller they don't even take coupons. Recently got a sandwich and they decided to short me on CHEESE. The server put a pinch between his fingers and when I asked for more got an attitude said he would need to charge me more. When I said forget it is ONLY when he added more. The sandwich was only a little cheese, tuna, lettuce onion for $13! I should've walked out of the store then. All I tasted was bread. They've lost a loyal customer.

This subway overcharged me and refused to off a refund. I was overcharged because the kid working there didn’t listen to me when I said I wanted to make it a meal with chips and soda. He rung up the chips. Then rung up the soda separately in a separate transaction. When I told him I paid 70 cents too much he said o well it’s just 70 cents. Service: Dine in
