Pizza Hut - Mount Ephraim

"I’d like to share my experience with Pizza Hat tonight. I placed an order and waited two hours for delivery. Eventually, I decided to go to the restaurant, and when I arrived, the manager, a woman from Woodbury, was kind enough to let me in while on the phone with the company. She mentioned that there were orders ready for delivery, and that the heating box was full with another employee present. I could see she was overwhelmed, so I gently took her hands and told her to calm down and assured her that she was doing her best. She kindly made me a fresh order, and I reassured her that everything would be okay and to take things one step at a time. Even if they offer higher wages, it's important for staff to feel valued. Being friendly and understanding can really make a difference."

You did a great job this time! I almost gave up on this place because my previous orders weren't very good. However, this time the food came quickly, my order was accurate, and everything was cooked perfectly. The portion sizes were just right. I was really happy with my experience!

I attempted to call in about my online order but received no answer. I arrived at 11:45 PM on Friday night (6/17), and it seemed like there was only one person working! It’s understandable why things were a bit hectic. Fortunately, he was incredibly friendly and fixed the issue I had. He did a fantastic job, and I was really grateful for his help. The pizza was as delicious as ever, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Thank you, kind sir!

Soaked pizza half boiled in fat and decomposed it back and the employee pretended I ruined the pizza. A fan of the pizza hut used to be a shame.
