After 30 years of tasting clam chowder, including numerous experiences in the Northeast, I can confidently say that Tony's Chowder House has raised the bar so high that all my previous chowder encounters seem lackluster in comparison. Their award-winning signature dish is truly exceptional and will not disappoint. The rest of the meal, including dessert, was also outstanding. Tony's offers a simple menu featuring shrimp, fish, scallops, and, of course, chowder—think comforting seafood done to perfection. I will definitely be returning for more.
Absolutely fantastic! The lobster bisque was incredibly delicious. I also ordered the seafood platter for two, which was equally impressive. If you're a fan of fresh, homemade dishes, this is the spot for you. I even purchased the award-winning clam chowder, which is far superior to any we've tried on the East, West, or Gulf Coast!
The clam chowder soup is really delicious. I have to say more—it has a fantastic seafood flavor. I also had the soup and the shrimp sandwich, and both were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience!
The food and service were fantastic. The Po Boy had a crispy texture with tender shrimp and fresh bread. The outdoor seating is pet-friendly, which is a nice bonus. The chowder was delicious and creamy.
The food and service were exceptional! I dined in for lunch, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well!
