Starbucks - Mount Dora

I was accused by mistakes of the customer order, which behind me in the thru running gear, kindly replaced the supervisor my order free.

Great frappes and attendance very courteous, attentive with customer.

Love this location. Always go inside as the drive through is a little tight on space if they are busy

The people working there are busting the orders out and no complaints. They looked like a well-oiled machine.

Went through the drive through, ordered drinks. I get to the window and no straws are given with my Frappuccino. I ask for a straw and she informs me they don’t have any straws in the whole restaurant. If I’m placing an order through the drive thru…. I’m obviously eating/drinking my order on the go. She should’ve informed me before I ordered that they didn’t have straws so I wouldn’t have wasted $9.00 on a drink I can’t drink! The barista wasn’t bothered with the fact that she is handing me an over priced drink with no way to drink it. You sell drinks for a living! How do you run out of straws?! Disappointed in the lack or organization and the lack of customer service. Go buy a pack of straws across the street at Publix and fix your problems!
