Przekaż informację zwrotnąI love chipotles food but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that I can get in and get out quickly due to health concerns. When placing my order I am allowed to pick the time I want my order to be ready and it is never ready when they say it will be. I’ve had to wait as long as 40 minutes for my food while they served people who came in long after I came in for my pick up. I ended up being at the restaurant longer than if I had just gone through the line myself. When I questioned the girl about why people were being served that came in after my order was due she said that’s just how we do things. I understand that they can get busy and behind But this happens every time I place an online order. Why assign a specified time to pick up an order if they’re not even going to try to honor it.
Food was excellent. The help was another story. The young man putting the toppings on was so worried about what the guy that starts the bowls was doing had the line backed way up. He was going from employee to employee talking about the other guy instead of working. He was very rude to the guy and it was very uncomfortable to witness. From what I could see the starter was on top of things and the other just had a problem with him. Guy has no business working in front of the public.
I ordered a steak lifestyle bowl on the app and when I got home I figured out that they didn’t even put my steak in it, I usually don’t have a problem here so if someone would like to resolve the problem it would be great.
Went into the restaurant and ordered Burrito Bowls to go. We could hardly eat them because the rice was way undercooked and hard! Very disappointing Chipotle! Plus chips were extremely stale, don’t waste your money at this location.
I have updated my rating to 3 stars out of 5. Lately, it seems like the restaurant is lacking in attention to detail. On multiple occasions, there were no forks or spoons available, forcing us to ask for them. Additionally, the last three times I placed a pick-up order, my food wasn't ready until about 15 minutes after the designated pick-up time.
