WORST dairy queen in the area!!! Constantly messing up orderers and forgetting to put things in our bag. It’s gotten to the point where we always have to check bags. Also found a bunch of oreo in my pumpkin spice blizzard… And literally takes forever no matter how busy !!!
I live in Mt. Carroll, and I’m sad to say I’m done with this Dairy Queen!! I ordered a triple and got a double, hardly any sauce!! I have had three blizzards in a row that were missing ingredients and half way down it became nothing but vanilla ice cream!! This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to and im 43 and been to quite a few!! Horrible!! Honestly just go to Casey’s!!
The food was great but the service was bad most fast foods mess up here and their but this place messes up everytime and one of the employee started getting upset and cussed me out becauseninsqid this isn't what I ordered mam
They have always been good when I have went and great service even when they were busy. I'm applying for job there soon.
