The customer service is the worst thing I've ever seen. there was no feeling of being received and no respect for the customer. the restaurant timings on the website are wrong and the manager is not even apologetic about it. I had an unpleasant conversation with this manager about the phone and I decided to talk to him while I picked up. he gave a false apology after I had reached the restaurant. I recommended him to be more courtesy about the phone and he answered this is how I do my business. I only replied this is how I make sure I give my feedback. I thought this could be because of the quality of the food. but eating was the worst ever Indian eating I ever had. all curries were literally floating in oil and lacking taste. I don't understand how spicy curry can be sweet in taste. very disappointed. that is not an authentic Indian food. even the street vendors in india serve tastier food as this!
