Brother Bear Wholefood Cafe

The staff was great! Love withdrawal coffee in a glass. Had the hearty muffin and a peanut butter choc brownie plus a carrot cake muffin. Everything was fantastic, coffee was delicious and they do the best chai late!!

I discovered this place when I worked with Mt Barker a few years ago. Sad I'm here once a month, but I always make sure I visit Brother Bear. It is a fabulous café serving healthy local food and coffee and has many vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. And the service is great!

We went there today (2-4-2022) as we were in the mt barker area shopping,saw this nice little cafe and thought we would try it! My partner is vegetarian and they catered for her requirements well,I however had quite a bit to choose from as I’ll eat anything really. From the moment we entered we were welcomed with ‘hello friends’ which gave an instant liking for the friendly,smiling and pretty girls with exceptional service and manners. I really enjoyed their smooth blend of coffee and the chai latte my partner had was rather good also. I would not hesitate in recommending this fab restaurant to anyone and the prices,I thought were quite reasonable. On the whole,wonderful!

Very popular cafe! Staff were friendly and meals were yummy. Especially roasted veg brekky was very tasty!

Excellent staff. Great and friendly atmosphere. Staff really friendly, polite and helpful. Good people skills. It was nice to sit outside on a warmer day. I had a comfortable nook with lovely plants close by. The food was excellent, lots of variety and plenty of special dietary options. A great range of delicious food and also some yummy hot and cold beverages. I can highly recommend visiting this great spot in Mt Barker SA.
