This is similar to what happened with the original Cinco de Mayo in Woodburn, where the owner sold it to a former employee who maintained the Oaxacan menu.
I wouldn't specifically travel to Mt. Angel just to eat at this place, but if you're nearby, I recommend giving it a try. The prices are incredibly low—cheaper than food carts, if you can believe it. It's more like a store with a few tables than a traditional restaurant. They seem to cater primarily to local workers, offering a good selection of work gloves and even some tools. Both times I've visited, the service was very friendly, and the food was decent. Oh, and did I mention how inexpensive it is?
