It's hard to see from the front view but this restaurant is temporarily closed. Please do not make the trip out until calling first as they are hiring staff and seem to reopening under a new name.

I've driven by this place at least 4 times on my way from carroll county to Montgomery and back. Always wanted to try it, and just finally did for Valentine's day weekend. It did not disappoint! Great atmosphere, very cozy. Freindly staff. Food is some of the best I've had in Maryland. Winter beets salad, cream of crab soup, scallops and Appalachian Duck were all 5/5.

We 're Brick Ridge advocates. We 've been going since it was the Quail Ridge Inn with the Isemans. About 1978 Ok. So the new chef is great. We went on the 1st of February for my husbands birthday to give it another try. With new owners. Then I booked a Birthday Brunch for our family of 15. After a bit of a rocky start All was made better. Everyone put in the extra effort. My family loved all the food and drinks. A complementary birthday desert was added to our celebration Thank you all for stepping up. Charlie and Michele Samuel.

A shadow of what it used to be before the ownership changed. After dining here 4-5 times a year, we have been twice under the change and won't bother returning. Can eat as well in town and cheaper.
